记住 | Bear in Mind
藏地近代的依科金刚上师(秋央让卓),是公认的证悟大圆满的瑜伽师。据说他是布玛莫扎) x- T) ?) A' w8 V0 g3 F
的化身。他平时对弟子要求十分严格,常常示现威严身相。想拜见他也十分困难,除非特
  d- O7 S' N" Z) @# M殊开许。法王如意宝晋美彭措曾在15岁时见过他。0 s# f0 N  x+ B: O
Choyang Rongdrok, or Vajra Master Yekho of contemporary Tibet, is widely recognized as a
+ C& S7 j& d9 y! G# Orealized yogi of the Great Perfection. It is believed that he is the reincarnation of Master! H8 U! n5 ?2 C9 S/ S3 B
Vamilamitra. He usually assumed a wrathful appearance and trained his disciples strictly with& r7 d3 Q4 c& U. a2 a& b8 J$ k3 E1 W
high demands. He rarely granted audiences, except for special cases. Our beloved Choeje (King of
/ L. O+ o& @$ O+ Z( K- ZDharma) Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche had the fortune to meet him at age 15.
6 O& }) z7 G: h9 H; U! u2 E晚年时,他在色达的翁达镇附近的山上修建闭关房,并为100多位闭关者宣讲佛法。弟子圆2 x$ r1 P7 B% O: \
寂时都相继示现了不同程度的成就之相。
& e. E8 e( D& F5 V0 I* S9 g& {During his later years, Choyang Rongdrok built retreat huts on the mountains near Wenda
* P; Z' h1 q  u/ CCounty in Sertha and gave Dharma teachings to 100 or so retreatants. Many of his disciples
8 `: M1 d; M, Z1 U, V5 Tattained accomplishment and displayed various signs when they were entering into nirvana.
4 W, k7 N0 }& z, A$ B; X6 K8 V一次,弟子索朗彭措曾向他求最殊胜的法,他说:“将吾等大恩上师观于头顶,时刻祈祷
+ ~( j" _- h- L6 H. z) T; ^& K并受四灌顶,将心与智慧融为一体。平时将外面一切色相观为上师的身体,一切声音了知
0 M$ g# W7 q, e/ a$ p6 @. q* ~为上师的语言,一切分别念抉择为上师的智慧。总之,一切器情之显现皆为上师相。吃饭
8 [" v. o2 s) `5 e7 Q' V的时候,将上师观于喉间,进行饮食甘露供养,可遣除罪障,令饮食之举成为会供;睡眠! S# s+ w% f) T9 L( \$ Y
的时候,将上师观于心间,上师身体所发之光明周遍一切世界,自己化光融入上师;临死3 P, d' ], c8 J) B$ B( F: {2 u4 `6 i
的时候,不要焦急万分,手忙脚乱,而应平静地将上师智慧与自己的心观想为无二无别而
" r9 D( a+ n" p, B' l3 k8 X安住。这是一切往生法的根本。即使你们依止我一百年,我也没有更殊胜的教言了。希望6 Y$ D% t5 h# X1 _2 j, Z* a: F
你们能牢记!”& ^* t6 U4 Y3 q% M- r+ A
His disciple Sonam Phuntsok once requested an incomparable instruction of him. The master* a+ p' \- {3 I6 ~6 F9 z
taught: “Visualize the supremely kind master on the crown of your head, pray to him constantly
' |# T0 P9 i" n' ]) J2 Iand receive the four empowerments from him, merge your mind with wisdom. Perceive all
8 X6 Q) T3 G0 x0 R0 aappearances as the body of the master’s, all sounds as the speech of the master’s, and all
3 j! m, H; M& m0 F1 O9 U) J  Q1 jdiscursive thoughts as the display of the master’s wisdom. In brief, all phenomena, animate or
+ W. f+ l; Z- Minanimate, are entirely the manifestation of the master. While eating, visualize the master at1 `! |, i/ t. d9 t5 g
your throat, and offer him the food as amrita. This will dispel defilements and transform ordinary3 e- A( o) O0 n5 _. Z  j* \" d
food into a tsog offering. As you go to sleep, visualize the master at the center of your heart,2 M( b" o; C6 \% E
radiating light that reaches all realms. You then melt into light and become one with him. When5 N' g. [3 Z6 v+ Y3 N
death approaches, do not become frightened or act with total confusion. Calm down, imagine+ ^. g/ W' I/ J. a9 z
that your mind merges inseparably with the master’s wisdom, and remain in that state. This is! Z! g6 j; z/ c0 h9 Q  i' \- m
the essential transference of consciousness for the dying. Even if you were to study with me for a
5 G8 w9 _- y$ `5 C. q7 rhundred years, I would not have any better teachings than these. I hope you will remember* Z7 N$ D* s* J( ]0 n0 t% ~1 I$ G$ n
them well!”
$ I* u! g8 C; C& `  @9 b" s这个教言真是很珍贵,世间的如意宝也难以比拟。任何人听了这段凝聚着智慧精华的语言
4 w4 M6 M) a0 h1 T# B, y,都应该有新的感悟。如果没有,则此人心中可能有“心结石”。6 L  F% f5 N% B4 C
The master’s teaching is indeed very precious, surpassing even the wish-granting jewel of the$ {" d% D1 o* B+ o5 k' Q7 R
world. Anyone reading these words, the very embodiment of sublime wisdom, cannot but
2 a( E" u4 ?- r7 B$ o  uexperience a refreshing insight. If this is not the case, that particular person may be suffering/ m# a$ F4 s( P6 K
from a case of “heart stones.”2 c2 A* Z( ^0 `( ^5 \3 `) w
