窍诀 | Pith Instruction

; U; H" o! _9 l% X全知麦彭仁波切的大弟子,直品单比尼玛是青海班玛县人。他在8岁时就能将《入行论》讲

得十分精彩。他时常手拿与身体高矮不相上下的书夹(藏地以竹、木所制,用于搁放经书之% [3 i$ b R2 q ^7 `

不离观心性的同时,翻阅《七宝藏》等经论,自己的觉相、妙观察智会越发增上,必将有

* J/ b1 Q* [$ {% U: _! Q, fPerfection and the Great Illusory Net. Here are some selections as food for thought: “The& O1 ~1 h2 i9 E$ Y5 B& N
0 X7 P7 [# p2 q3 W
profound truth of primordial wisdom is difficult to grasp by people who are inclined to analysis; @- ]' _9 t) j9 @( X8 P
; w# }$ i; N0 z2 o- s( y, m
and logic. It is only through constant praying to the lama with devotion and faith, coupled with% g" n- q. h3 k: o
+ `3 l* \, P# I, N$ u. r& n1 Y$ Bdiligent practice that we come to see the true face of the mind. As we get better, we can
" k; \# V, H+ r9 }* d9 v' z9 H" N' k; V' L9 Z
maintain this recognition of the mind even as we are reading scriptures such as the Seven, ]* k5 x4 F" I6 p% ]' S
& W% k- m2 c- _* j/ ]# Y
Treasures. Our insight and discriminating awareness will gradually increase, bringing us great
) h: _3 M- y9 W5 P
4 l8 _% [& D. Pbenefit.”

因此,如果能够一边观心性一边看书,或一边念咒一边看书都非常殊胜。江直仁波切说
( w7 k7 e$ }( C
! G# K9 u# c% W:“边看书边念咒有很大功德。初学者不能同时施行,到一定境界后就可以了。”2 g" ^+ \' O5 A; ~2 J! V4 I
) n" O6 n& o4 ~. R7 e. B+ Y: g# q) YTherefore combining the task of reading text with the practice of seeing the mind’s nature or2 j0 ]( e. ~0 B
0 ?1 e, m# J% `8 \( f8 {
with the recitation of mantras is most wonderful. Gyangze Rinpoche says: “To recite a mantra8 i3 Z1 E. ?) S8 r( I
* E @9 S8 Y+ m& J
and to read scripture at the same time is very meritorious. This multitasking could be difficult for0 l- r! ~, N4 T; P' H' s* o/ r5 W
+ e9 Q2 k3 _% D5 s* wa beginner, but the time will come when he reaches a certain level of practice.”

学院的许多堪布都是这样,通过这种方法,多年来完成了数目惊人的念咒数量。

Many khenpos at our academy are adept at this practice; this is how they manage to accumulate& y: j7 P' W) j( a3 [; j
& r' d8 I% U2 ]) y; @astonishing numbers of mantra recitations over the years.

然而有的人却自视高明,既不看书,也不念咒,将宝贵的岁月白白荒废,真是枉为修行人

了!5 A! a- D' f) m9 n* M+ N; r1 J Q

Nonetheless, there are people with high opinions of themselves who neither bother to read
8 I4 R/ x. m6 |! k& f% i; t' b: u J) K! l* o& U5 l& S# G( [
books nor recite mantras. They waste their precious lives meaninglessly and do not deserve the9 \# |" d/ ?/ P
/ r# E8 b/ J7 y* l- G7 i0 hname of practitioners!/ c0 w9 j! r5 ]! c& \/ v* E
