We are currently looking for a Hotel Receptionist who must speak English fluently with experience and knowledge working in hotel reception, be well presented and with excellent customer and communication skills.

Your role as a Hotel Receptionist is about working in a team to deliver excellent service standards to every guest. This is a great chance to work with a 5-star Hotel, where you make the difference and you’ll learn and develop with some truly motivated and enthusiastic people.

Assignments 您的职责

• Provides an efficient, prompt, trouble-free and courteous Front Office service
• Welcome all guests to the hotel and respond to their requests
• Allocates bedrooms and keys as required
• Able to operate switchboard, credit card machines and other Front Office equipment
• Aware at all times the current room status and room availability
• Follows procedures for cash flow, credit cards etc

Required profile 岗位要求

• At least 1 years experience in a public facing position
• Strong customer service skills
• Friendly & professional telephone manner
• Good problem solving skills
• Have good knowledge of the local area
• Flexible with working hours and able to work shifts as the business requires

Salary and benefits 薪酬待遇

• Job Type: Part time
• Salary: £7.50 /hour
