-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
& F* G& F) y. h+ C, e# E-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
7 O  S) M3 j# Z# d-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
/ N' n/ X4 c( u1 X- w1 r! {3 X-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
* w1 p- h& R8 u9 {7 T5 U! @. i-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
