Sales Manager
Based in UK

Responsibilities:
* `6 W; y" @- q9 x& j4 q& u6 m-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
7 O5 W' Q0 {# h" y3 W* i7 T% t-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  S8 x  ?( Q/ n# I) I3 B& d* r-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
/ S+ _, }' l8 O% `: {0 i-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

- U* A4 N$ c2 d. q5 X6 \Requirements:
$ }3 D) |- ?6 C6 k4 u4 }-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
: L. f2 M: \+ ]) f4 G-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
( v- e9 y8 B# w4 Z+ `-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
