Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

·       Responsiblefor organizing, archiving, and maintaining relevant files, ensuring orderly andtimely access.

·       Assistin data entry and organization, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of thedatabase.

·       CommunicationCoordination: Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timelytransmission of information.

·       DailyAssistance: Assist team members in handling daily tasks, providing support toensure smooth business operations.

·       Work with the Sales team closely to monitor day-to-dayall sales project progress and figures.

·       Handle all customer enquiries and queries, ensuringtimely and accurate response and providing customer service.

·       Liaison with HQ in China by following up on theirrequirements and providing sales reports regularly.

·       Organizing stock for listing sales, packaging, anddisposal where necessary.

·       Preparing key accounts stock-up reports and new productssetting up.

Desired Skills & Experience:

·      At least bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary.

·      Preferable related working experience.

·      Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to differentworking practices and principles.

·      Ability to understand the needs of business-to-businessenvironment.

·      Ability to liaise closely with partners and otherdepartments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerousprojects.

·      Project management and organizational skills.

·      Business and market analysis skills, have good sense ofnumbers.

·      Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products isessential.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Eagerto learn and grow, quick to grasp new knowledge and skills.

·      Strongsense of responsibility, able to independently complete assigned tasks

Business Assistant—Ecommerce

KeyResponsibilities:

·       Assist the launchof new products on Ecomplatform, Amazon and Shopify, including updateproduct information, product images, and the whole webpage beauty design.

·       Researchcompetitor information. Maintain and optimize existing product webpageinformation.

·       Coordinate with agency (AMZ DSP Agency, Google Ads Agency,Tiktok Ads Agency, and etc)to deliver the best-in-class content and design with a balance between businessresults and brand presence.

·       Assist with the generation of keyword and search termreports, and complete keyword optimization for sponsored ads, product listingorganic index for Amazon and Shopify.

·       Handlecustomer enquiries and queries, providing timely and accurate response andcustomer service;

·       Analysesales and operational data of the brand store, and complete monthly datareports

·       Resolvingissues with Seller and Vendor Accounts.

Desired Skills &Experience:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary;
