An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.( G% ]0 d2 f" D. q. t: k! R5 v, T
: U# j9 P( j% y9 N8 L% k4 _
Job Description:- `, R9 j7 v' ?5 x
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews7 Q, ^  C9 ]: @  D# F/ V
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
; M1 F' {3 L  {" E. c- y. V$ c1 A1 N! M• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
  L! L, A6 D5 M6 h3 F• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system: q7 h, s. U3 j6 E) X
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
% e5 V# h! H1 ]  y- j& M% K; X• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
% e& |  p. D: v! T' x$ f$ _3 O• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
& h+ q" A2 g8 H7 A6 _$ \+ Y! _• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA8 b: C8 O% H+ h4 e
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
7 A6 S+ O8 J2 x( B! c• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role8 L/ z) L* |% |( b+ e. L

( j! N0 o$ I+ pRequirements:$ M( |0 l4 v# a4 v; J
• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
( x& C& [+ Z5 D- R% @• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
0 B6 i) ]  s  `• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice# i7 ^; O3 G' O5 ~. t1 t) E6 O3 H
• HR administration experience
, i2 U) y  ?+ m& X! F• Good communication and organisation skills: P4 W# g, s% R( g0 s
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment
( N  d& _  ]/ b+ ?• Language skills in both English and Chinese ' g$ c% w" [6 }. h% v

5 n! o3 }: o1 L/ Y& FWorking time:
# J! s6 H* s+ w. q( Z' N! m  u44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
* p0 s- U5 B# ^  m, d6 ]8 ]/ c8 ?5 z4 N4 l2 w' \; G

•        Permanent contract
