An award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.
9 g+ k& h" j% H1 g. ]! u) Q$ L! }0 M, r0 I
Job Description:1 p+ i* I1 }9 ~5 Z4 o2 N
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews3 b. ~5 ~3 }" N2 u
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
' r" }# z$ @$ [6 P* o; b" T4 c• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines3 Z* w. c# y5 Y7 [1 \
• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
/ X( [" `/ i6 a% o) x• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
% o2 p8 U! o/ C: q" ?5 @7 a• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll1 \) V5 M% _$ S/ z: P. B
• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues% d; k) [& o6 I  z; c9 M1 Z3 f
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA
7 i  v  m1 J6 ~; k) E- ~5 p• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
1 C; `; A5 r4 k• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role  L/ G' S) X+ I/ Y7 z

" x8 T9 n9 V1 z5 ZRequirements:
4 T- x4 a: q' r, t0 ^1 c: t6 {, s• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
- ?; c, S! ~3 X% q* l8 w& }• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
  E" g+ Z7 S# E; B3 O0 K• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice2 `$ Z- C2 o) s8 {
• HR administration experience
. F; n! g2 c3 `• Good communication and organisation skills3 R2 k" y) K6 E1 L- Q* a
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment0 _6 i9 b* v( ~; w
• Language skills in both English and Chinese   u% ?1 {# q: P2 S- p* W

# R. j$ b: G/ x. d  ~Working time:9 N" Z& b9 x$ v! i5 Q4 W
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
