Due to our current client base, applicants will need to be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
* G- C+ E1 V/ L( t- J* 40 hours per week / 5 days out of 7 including night shifts and weekends.
: w8 F( q* s' @( d! iYour key accountability include: * Welcoming and developing contact with new members
$ z5 y; b& _7 X( T7 M* Addressing customers by name, recognising individual needs and responding appropriately
2 q1 D" q, N( z/ M# A, ^* Liaising with Management to ensure complimentary food and beverage is distributed correctly3 {1 l; D8 b* N4 q+ ^

* A strong focus on customer service
* v; E0 V' n0 U [& q& g* Experience in a customer-facing environment

* Flexibility with regards to shift times, and willing and able to work night shifts and weekends
