假相 | Illusory Appearances 世间的所谓圆满之事,虽然表面看起来美满无缺,但详细观察却常常是痛苦的因。
( M. m, M3 P% OMany so-called perfect things in the world may seem entirely satisfactory on the surface. But
' G% H1 x' l4 H3 Q8 F% Q% eupon careful investigation, they usually turn out to be the causes of suffering.
: t4 ^+ w. S: y9 ^* ]龙猛菩萨曾说:“一切欲妙生祸殃,难信如同木鳖果。”也就是说世间的事情,表面看起) q% N: G0 g# i* H2 ]* ]! f) q1 F
来像木鳖果一样色彩鲜艳欲滴,令人联想到其果肉也一定如同甘饴。吃后方知是毒药,但
, E+ I8 q: D- C4 d1 O已悔之晚矣。* h8 _, W' H/ O8 r& l9 @, |
Nagarjuna says: “The Buddha teaches that all the satisfactory matters in this world are just as
, u+ A! |1 Q$ p" i4 b" U2 z7 quntrustworthy as the poisonous fruit mubeigou.” In other words, many affairs in the world2 ^* `6 Y+ P% T5 J6 X2 E: \
appear as colorful and enticing as the mubeigou fruit; people conclude that their pulp must
% ?" n N6 S3 p% W: U6 ^likewise be delicious. It is only after eating that they realize the fruit’s poisonous nature. But alas* ^4 G7 d5 A6 z6 l9 j9 S
the regret comes too late.
4 d* ?5 e* x. }$ j2 Q- a3 ^5 }世间的事情常常是这样,最鲜艳的蛇往往是毒蛇,最绚丽的蘑菇常常是毒蕈,最美丽的女+ ~& l2 \2 T& i6 J. x/ i# b( @" n

7 X& [, {5 K0 `% @+ C. TTherefore, we should not be fooled by anything of pleasing appearance alone, be sure to
7 ~: C5 g/ U/ \7 b0 [. p6 dpenetrate the superficial and find the truth inside.
9 r9 Q, m, f0 m! @$ M% U藏地大德根登群佩也说:“若详细观察,世上的一切所为都是痛苦的事,能息灭其因的唯- l5 \% l' p f! X
有佛法。深深地思维,人人都能感受其中的滋味。”因此,了知佛法是对治痛苦的方法十& j* d& j! ?2 \ W$ G$ W
分重要。

) [, {* n! D3 e9 m9 _9 eworldly undertakings incur nothing but suffering. Only with the Dharma can their root causes be0 y- t7 \5 a2 | w0 v! x
eliminated. By reflecting deeply, everyone will come to appreciate this truth.” Hence, it is- y! Y u6 T0 E
essential that we learn how to apply the Buddhadharma to deal with suffering. E R; Z1 G5 T/ _: l; l
