We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Fragrance Consultant to work in our Bicester Village boutique. We are looking for someone who can be fully flexible on hours and days. At certain times of the year there may be a possibility of working extra shifts.

In the role of Fragrance Consultant, you will be committed to delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships. You will work with a team of charismatic and unique team members to deliver a truly luxury experience to all customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, and exceed their expectations Approach and engage all customers utilising the Penhaligon’s Service Steps Achieve sales goals by identifying every selling opportunity Clienteling Visual merchandising Stock management and replenishment Perform cashier tasks and general housekeeping

Profil recherché岗位要求

• Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking desirable
• Previous experience in a luxury brand sales environment
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive approach and willing to learn
• A passionate and charismatic individual, with a can do attitude
  
  

Salaire et avantages薪酬待遇

• Job Type: Permanent, full-time or part-time
• Salary: £20000+/year
