We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Head Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant of our  4 star hotel in Oxford.

G; N% F3 ~: m6 DYour role as Head Waiter/ Head Waitress will involve directly supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the Restaurant, therefore you must have strong leadership skills and the confidence to run the Restaurant in his absence which will include managing a team of up to 7 staff members, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress into a managerial role as you will receive ongoing training within a high level establishment.

9 d, O% G6 D1 |5 TStaff Rotas & Wage Controls
Ordering - Stock Controls - Stocktakes
6 Q+ U+ B  Q% u1 p- e! R% W7 J8 ?Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records "up to date"
6 m; g5 ?' N& y' d  K( M8 aHealth, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments
( q, P* p) `5 C1 L. JMeeting & exceeding guest expectations at all opportunities

Required profile

Energetic with experience of working in a similar environment
0 B& W0 `" k3 G4 PExperience with customer service, preferably in a similar environment
Good communication skills Ability to work in a team

Salary and benefits

£18,000.00 /year
