We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Luxury Sales Manager to work in our Bicester Village boutique. We are looking for someone who can be fully flexible on hours and days. At certain times of the year there may be a possibility of working extra shifts.In the role of Luxury Sales Manager, you will be committed to: Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times; Ensure all store and company sales targets, policies and procedures are met and maintained; Demonstrate effective leadership.

• Actively liaise, communicate and develop good relations with your team and Senior Management
• Maintain a high performance team through effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on areas of development
• Adopt a commercial, dynamic, positive and imaginative approach to achieving results
• Protect the brand image and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards
• Ensure your store maintains excellent visual presentation which is consistent with company guidelines

• Effectively schedule and plan staff to ensure maximum floor coverage at all times
  
  

Required profile岗位要求

• Have previous staff management (Min 2 years)
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Have strong customer service, retail and sales experience (Min 5 years)
• Have experence with luxury sales
• Be professional and well-presented
• Have a critical eye for detail
• Be flexible and reliable
• Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
• Be confidant in using technology
  
  

Salary and benefit 薪酬待遇

• Job Type: Full-time
• £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
