services into one online platform we are looking for a new part time bookkeeper to join our

Salary based on experience, Monday to Friday flexible.
Bookkeeper Job Descriptions:
 Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
4 R7 j2 \! M: f9 x) R/ u" \1 q preparing VAT inputs
 Checking company bank statements
4 @: v1 ^/ ^8 r4 O preparing cash flow statements
 Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
0 |9 w! j; S8 O- t$ ?9 m8 S0 Y Recording financial transactions
 Handling accounts payable and receivable
 Paying regular bills for the company
/ n. w2 p8 x: e# V Appropriately coding payables to prepare them for the accountant's input later
2 `0 g2 M3 M; s, h; U Maintaining office supplies
 Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents as needed for others
Candidate Requirements:
 Proven bookkeeping experience
 Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable
$ B. w3 |) s- o Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
" X& }+ O$ P. M& v- ? Proficiency in English and in MS Office
 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
: ?4 y% i- v0 Q# O% a BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
 Fluent Mandarin
