Cooks Delights Ltd, an award-winning food service supplier, is seeking Chinese speakers to join its dynamic sales & marketing team. Candidates must have good communication skills and positive attitudes. The experience of working in sales or in restaurants is an advantage.

Key duties include:

• Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships, contacting regular customers on a monthly basis.
• Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries
• Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts
• Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirement
• Deliver the highest standard of customer service at all times
• Train new staff of the process and procedures as well as evaluate personnel’s
• Act as mentor for telesales team
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Sales experience, or experience working in restaurants.
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
