Job brief
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities in our Heathrow Warehouse. The post holder is living around the Heathrow area and speaking Mandarin is preferred.

3 x; Y; E/ Z4 a; sThe post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operation Manager daily.

# `; k6 e  H  P: vThe post holder should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

# q' z4 C6 q( o+ ^$ K4 SResponsibilities
/ x9 g6 J) A7 D, |  T' {• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
6 Y9 D* R! N( A' L9 F" T• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
9 f) c0 k) u9 {4 `. J9 d• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Actively contribute to maintenance of good working relationships within the Warehouse and with all other departments across the division
( d3 G7 h# ]8 W8 b& w• Other warehouse maintain work assigned by Operation manager

Requirements
( c7 t/ [( b5 J8 |• Proven 1-2 year+ work experience as a Warehouse Executive

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
