Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
5 ^( Y; H7 s0 X-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;6 M: |& X' V/ {3 E. D
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;* J5 n- ]6 A+ _' ]3 S1 }* Z
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
! B% m. M9 T- u5 z8 J! O5 X4 [-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;- o, Y' R- |. x
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;' q/ N; q: P: `/ X3 C/ [
-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
3 l. p. T8 A r2 T- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
3 f0 W% P' ~5 D- U* n+ _$ i-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
- G% H1 s ^$ X& V1 Z-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
+ ?4 C8 n9 S! B" o-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;+ K8 R4 i/ s/ Z W; N
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
/ _& l1 o4 b/ \; O5 w H; j5 K& a0 L-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;. D, G8 \( ?) o! w
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;

-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
