工作内容介绍
销售代表将在指定区域内负责SpikeX产品的销售、市场推广和客户关系管理。此角色涉及制定销售策略、推广产品以及维护良好的客户关系。
具体工作内容说明
销售:
·        销售计划规划:识别并确定潜在客户。制定和实施账户特定的计划和销售策略,以增长销售并转换新业务。通过满足区域配额和增长目标来实现业务计划目标。
·        产品销售:在指定区域内的学术或临床研究环境推动产品销售。使用产品和客户知识来展示、演示并确保产品的正确使用。积极推动特别营销促销活动并支持战略销售目标。
·        库存管理:保持销售设备和促销材料处于适当状态,并使用它们来支持区域工作。
市场:
·        市场调研:根据需要收集和利用必要的市场信息,并准备销售报告、市场情报数据和文件。
·        参加会议:计划并定期参加神经科学相关展会、会议、特别活动包括:预先制定参会的时间、产品清单、参会者名单等策略,并在现场演示介绍产品功能。
客户服务:
·        客户关系:在产品销售周期的各个方面接触到合适的客户并与主要主要研究员、助理研究员、研究技术员等建立有效的关系。
·        客户跟进:致力于提升客户使用 SpikeXStage、SpikeX Sorter 或其他产品的体验和效率。作为问题解决者为客户提供服务,并保持出色的响应时间和跟进。通过现场服务和使用各种工具,定期对主要研究员、助理研究员和研究技术员进行培训。
资格要求
最低资格
·        拥有神经科学、生命科学、计算机科学,计算机工程领域相关的学士学位。
·        至少可以每周工作20小时及以上。
·        可以流利使用普通话(必须),英语或法语交流。
·        可以出差,并有可能进行周末工作或过夜旅行。
·        较强的人际沟通、影响力、批判性思维和解决问题的能力。
优先资格
·        拥有神经科学、生命科学、计算机科学,计算机工程领域相关的硕士或博士优先。
·        对采集动物电生理信号的记录设备有丰富的技术产品知识者优先。
·        可以使用法语流利交流。
·        拥有英国签证和申根签证。
·        具有计算机相关的基础知识,例如组装电脑配件和简单编码能力者优先考虑。

Job Description
The Sales Representative will beresponsible for sales, marketing, and customer relations for SpikeX productswithin an assigned territory. This role involves developing sales strategies,promoting products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Sales:
·        Prospecting and Planning: Identify and qualify prospective accounts. Develop and implementaccount-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales and convert newbusiness. Achieve business plan objectives by meeting territory quotas andgrowth objectives.
·        Product Sales: Drive product sales within an assigned territory in academic andclinical research institutions. Use product and customer knowledge to present,demonstrate, and ensure the proper utilization of products. Actively promotespecial marketing promotions and support strategic selling objectives.
·        Inventory Management: Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in propercondition and use them to support territory efforts.
Marketing:
·        Market Research: Collect and utilize all necessary marketing information andprepare sales reports, market intelligence data, and documents as required.
·        Conference Participation: Schedule and participate in regular neuroscience-related tradeshows, conferences, and special events. This includes pre-planning strategy oftimelines, product lists, attendee lists, and live presentations/demonstrationsof product features.
Customer Service:
·        Customer Relationships: Gain access to the right customers and build effective relationswith principal investigators, associate researchers, and research techniciansthroughout various aspects of the product sales cycle.
·        Customer Care: Strive to improve the user experience and efficiency of SpikeXStage, SpikeX Sorter, or other products for our customers. Service customers asa problem solver and maintain excellent response time and follow-up. Routinelyeducate principal investigators, associate researchers, and researchtechnicians through in-services and using various tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in a relatedfield of neuroscience, life science, computer science, computer engineering.
·        Ability to work at least 20hrs/week.
·        Fluency in Mandarin (Required),and English.
·        Ability to travel which mayinclude weekend and/or overnight travel.
·        Strong interpersonalcommunication, influencing, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsrequired.  
Preferred Qualifications:
·        Master or PhD Degree in arelated field of neuroscience, life science, computer science, computerengineering is preferred.
·        Strong technical productknowledge of neurophysiology recorders of biopotential signals, procedures, protocols,and solutions preferred.  
·        Fluency in French is preferred.
·        Possession of UK and Schengenvisas.
·        Basic knowledge of computers, such as assembling computer components andsimple coding skills, is preferred.
