Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Requirements:

•        Good communication skill in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), excellent coordination skills required;
9 Z8 U( ]/ j& Q( `$ Y( i•        previous experience of working in office environment is desirable but suitable candidate with less experience will be considered with full training provided;
•        an excellent communicator (very good telephone manner), both efficient and organized;
•        responsible with positive and can do attitude;

The key responsibilities of the job are:
! n6 C! `2 p! n4 U3 Z2 Y1 D
•        Handling of general office administration, including answering phone calls, monitoring office supplies and various office logs;
•         providing secretarial and administrative duties such as file organizing, document formatting, imaging and typing up documents;
2 V, J" f% r4 r+ ?0 C, S•        sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; and
! Q6 M" T3 B+ w; t•        performing ad-hoc tasks upon request.
