Job Description:
+ ]1 ~5 l: e2 _• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
! _' q0 ?4 }0 d9 m. r: z3 [# B• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation- J' T9 n* C% ^6 w: N4 e/ E
• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines1 {! X, n/ y* }, ~2 q' l0 ^/ ]
• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
5 B" s" I7 _' m# @: ]• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files
J% `( O t. _& l• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll) ^! I8 K& b6 N4 C( c
• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues- |2 v" b7 h7 S
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA! h0 N$ Y' n* \% H2 f( l- m) l- d
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
6 I( Q* X8 }# N9 d• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role

Requirements:
/ a' F7 V; ^: l• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification @3 t5 s: C3 k0 c2 k4 q( s
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous 2 G. w$ ?+ Z/ Q+ _# K
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice# t! _: w' V1 G0 e3 K% O8 ]( i
• HR administration experience7 |5 d, ]5 M/ t7 Q3 l! U" c
• Good communication and organisation skills+ m8 {4 _; g0 v% |$ P7 m" L# V
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment

Working time:
J. j( m5 A7 ~. v! i6 N44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm; _) B7 a. V; {7 e- v+ C% A) B% j, s
