8 x0 w" y7 I, M4 a5 v2 }  GAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.# @; p' K9 V: J! W3 a  D( k& O
  a6 o; i" J4 p$ N
Job Description:) \, L/ ^+ J7 K
• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
% \$ s' o6 Q  u9 ~- F$ L4 ^• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation+ E5 w, O, `$ L' {5 F+ c9 o% g
• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines9 K2 `, s$ T. |& ], l3 L
• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system
1 p3 a6 t8 |- O3 K# W• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files: T2 s; X/ K0 ?" t8 \1 p: L
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll! k/ B/ b7 j: f5 a8 Y5 f7 @
• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
) g1 @$ V6 t* e9 ^  P• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA
+ c8 d2 i/ h7 z( Y4 W• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.# @, F) o" c  [/ O1 L. s
• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role

4 t3 e# h4 H0 ^7 V8 m5 ERequirements:& b: y* ^* ^2 u+ R5 N( d3 |
• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification/ f7 M) i3 I$ X0 L8 v8 s, ]
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous + u" p! Q: l/ N2 L, Y+ [) O4 t
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice  n- g- R, B# z0 f  b$ O) A
• HR administration experience
3 H2 Q# l9 F5 f! p, X8 b$ l' m3 I( [1 _• Good communication and organisation skills/ e4 o7 d: D3 ~8 z& E  }
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment8 O6 V/ W! O  ~
• Language skills in both English and Chinese 6 }8 M9 f+ g' T

% m6 O& i4 }8 z$ p1 ?Working time:
; e( g8 s0 q) E* Q, G44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
