•        International Project Management

Key Tasks：
•        Based on your social-network, using various marketing methods promote company’s projects in estate management, English learning courses, golf tour, whisky tour, family and students summer camp tour etc.

•        Establish a pipeline and winning business
•        Retain the existing customers and development new customers.
•        Liaise with colleagues to determine the range of services to be sold, contribute to the development of sales strategies and targets.
•        Discuss client’s requirements, and work with marketing team to achieve every single case.
Working place：Edinburgh, UK.
Person Specification：
7 ~! l4 E6 h3 \•        Sales/business development experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, particularly both in UK and China
•        Exemplary customer service and selling skills
•        In depth understanding of Asia-pacific market trends and the ability to manage the change
" Q% O1 y/ c3 ?; W5 G" P4 D9 P1 V•        Wide social network, familiar with the major marketing channels, and have the ability to promote company’s projects
•        Self-sufficiency in IT including E-mail
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese

Employment process：
! l( G$ s' W+ y4 D5 RSuccessful candidates after interview will have a formal contract with UUCL. The probationary period is 3-6 months (depending on your working performance). During the probationary period, as soon as you meet the performance standard, a CoS number will be allocated for candidates if they require a UK Tier 2 Visa
Salary：
•        During probationary period, salary is commission based
