Working in the Inbound Department dealing with incoming arrangements and responsible for the following duties:
• Produce China/UK tours and education programme
• Proposal writing in accordance with clients’ requirement
5 X7 r1 E/ i) I6 J7 X7 ]* n• Taking charge of the operation of bookings (booking hotels, coaches, tour guided and meals, etc.)
4 h. u; ?8 p7 u$ G& [& E• Process payments to hotels, tour guides, restaurants and coach companies
• Invoicing and collecting payments from clients
• Any other duties as reasonably demanded by the MD
