Missions你的职责

You will provide marketing administrative support to a worldwide events and exhibitions calender, key responsibilities include:主要职责有

• Create marketing collateral for events and exhibitions创建营销活动和展览
• Research suppliers and source promotional items and collateral研究供应商和推广项目和担保品的资源
• Research existing and new exhibition / event opportunities研究现有和新的展览/活动机会
• Analysis of events and develop business case for attendance分析活动，并制定参加商业活动的事宜
• Coordinate the production of exhibition stands协调展会的工作
• Coordination of staff for events including travel, accommodation etc协调工作人员，包括出差、住宿等
• Marketing administration including collateral, social media, advertising市场营销管理包括社交媒体，广告
• Assist the marketing function with wider marketing campaigns协助营销活动，开展拓展的营销活动
  
  

Profil recherché岗位要求

• highly organised individuals with fantastic communication and written skills with strong administration skills with a track record in marketing.具有强大的组织人员能力，并具有极好的沟通和书面技能，强大的管理技能，在营销方面有良好的业绩
• have a key interest in events and marketing looking for a creative role to get into marketing and events.在活动及推广中寻找合适的人进入市场营销活动的能力
• have excellent multi-tasking skills and be an excellent project manager.具有出色的处理多任务能力，并成为一名优秀的项目经理。
