We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Perfume manager to work in our Bicester Village boutique. We are looking for someone who can be fully flexible on hours and days. At certain times of the year there may be a possibility of working extra shifts.

In the role of Perfume manager, you will be a confident and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, you will have a successful background in shop floor fragrance sales. The role reports directly to the UK Sales Manager.

Assignments 您的职责

• Maximising sales on all products, link-selling to customers where possible.
• Participating in a global fragrance launch.
• Greet all clients as they approach our products in store, presenting excellent product & brand knowledge.
• Continually achieving sales targets set by UK Sales Manager.
• Ensuring that the display is clean and tidy and that visual merchandising is in line with both the brand and store requirements.
• Managing and overseeing the stock levels and reporting any shortfalls to the UK Sales Manager.
• Offering outstanding customer service and maintaining current customer base.
  
  

Required profile 岗位要求

• Impeccable personal appearance.
• Sales experience (preferably within a luxury environment).
• Knowledge of luxury fragrance (required).
• Positive & enthusiastic attitude.
  
  

Salary and benefits 薪酬待遇

• Job Type: Full-time
• £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
