. p8 n1 F% m: w1 F2 H- g. d) jWe are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operational activities in our Heathrow Warehouse. The post holder is living around the Heathrow area and speaking Mandarin is preferred.

! o  g  r4 t$ w6 CThe post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Operation Manager daily.

- Z* x  L0 z* tThe post holder should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share.

Responsibilities
. j* i* @4 P/ ~2 {, Z" M2 Y: n• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
4 x( o$ V2 q7 d5 q• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
( v: O* O1 P+ f$ {/ P2 P* q" x) L• Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices
( K/ t1 m7 v, ]) g3 X  W! I• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
• Actively contribute to maintenance of good working relationships within the Warehouse and with all other departments across the division

Requirements
9 N' _* V8 o9 I• Proven 1-2 year+ work experience as a Warehouse Executive
8 R# h* {; a' u3 r• Highly effective operation skills and techniques
" [2 n0 Q; h( B" d• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
