渠道副主管 Channel Assistant Supervisor

职责 Responsibilities:
-渠道开发，关系维护及优化，流程标准化把控；
-Channel development, relationship maintenance and optimization, plus process standardization control;
" K5 C- m, I6 s# z
-渠道账务把控；
-Monitor and control the channel accounts;

; f, m5 z8 L' A0 s' R$ V-产品搭建配合；
: G+ n4 ?: K9 D6 A-Help contribute to the product build-up process;

-市场渠道分析，竞争对手渠道分析，新的创新型渠道调研；
! p" A+ B0 F3 m& h, C; n-Market channel analysis, competitor channel analysis, new innovative channel research;

-团队支持；
! T! p- A/ N. ^) G$ h, V' ?-Be part of the team and provide support when necessary;

要求 Requirements:
-有2-3电商或者物流商经验；
% o" d* I: J6 g4 L' V-With 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or logistics companies;
2 j6 v0 {2 f4 z5 i, y
6 O; C' l3 Y4 @! y9 A-最好了解取派，空运和关务；
9 H* c3 z. R+ V) {( [-it would be ideal the candidate has insight knowledge about courier, freight, and custom service;

-英语听说读写流利，掌握中文加分；
-Fluent in English (writing and speaking), Chinese will be a plus;

-能够与不同的内部和外部合作伙伴建立并保持牢固的关系；
! p  f1 I: O" E- V% h& l- X-Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external partners.
