项目专员 Project Specialist
Based in London, UK

( u+ y; V+ y1 {% M5 J' zResponsibilities:
- Responsible for product configuration and operational data analysis. Maintain and monitor project
1 E$ r' e* m3 V/ \' Z8 pplans, project schedules, objectives, outcomes, budgets and expenditures;
% H: E1 W6 }5 f. G- Follow up the progress of projects in various countries and regions;
* b% g3 P$ r& f* {& h1 p! F2 N- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Responsible for project report and
meeting minutes;
- Ensuring project deadlines are met;
4 B9 ^% `9 W4 H! f7 Q8 w* Z- Determining project changes, and communicating these on a timely basis at all times;
- Providing administrative support as needed;
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for

+ i% q3 P' Y' r; `3 y' c  F- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Job requirements:
+ E$ l' E7 e: P- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills;
( }1 }- `4 p" k( ~0 r0 O- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects;
- Agile mindset; ability to think outside the box;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
- Comfortable with business trips.
