项目专员 Project Specialist

0 g2 ~" K& c/ b6 r7 XResponsibilities:
& P/ S9 Q3 Y* a0 F8 y/ x0 Z- Responsible for product configuration and operational data analysis. Maintain and monitor project
6 s, ?6 T5 ]" [0 q/ D# @/ r( g+ nplans, project schedules, objectives, outcomes, budgets and expenditures;
& a; H4 z) r4 v, X/ m7 N- Follow up the progress of projects in various countries and regions;
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings. Responsible for project report and
# q9 Z( V: ]2 B- ~& x; ameeting minutes;
$ G: R, o* |' x1 x6 b- Ensuring project deadlines are met;
- Determining project changes, and communicating these on a timely basis at all times;
. f% T7 u$ A/ u1 m# c- Providing administrative support as needed;
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for
/ P0 x, T% @( t( L' v: \% j3 V! ceach project;
  V/ h% B0 ?2 Y9 k" j- P; W- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Job requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Logical and structured approach to assessing, planning, and delivering projects;
# s2 {3 b1 [9 V' u- Agile mindset; ability to think outside the box;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
- Comfortable with business trips.
