Based in UK

Responsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
0 o8 g) J1 Y% T3 T% \6 ?-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
2 u( {! P+ Q3 L/ l  I$ t: [-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
& b& B0 t* s, V9 t-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
- V: O8 O3 _8 C7 L( d3 E-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;

-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
