. i/ W1 x; o( NResponsibilities:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets required by the KPI;
- E) P' ^2 m) N5 @8 E4 I$ {( o-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence;
6 Q1 M1 v# B6 {2 P-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
1 X' W, U' _* E, ~5 b" o. [-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
3 F8 z7 ?, \6 N-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
-Based on the market and customer information feedback on product or operation improvement opinions, further optimize products and services;
- Cooperate with other teams, such as products, channels, operations and customer service to continuously improve product competitiveness.

Requirements:
1 R* l. t, ~: A3 g-Preferably with experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics companies;
-BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
* E* ~/ z! m2 @9 l* N8 ]-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with trackable sales record;
3 |: ~  {2 Y0 }8 o/ T9 l-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
3 N2 @1 J; e9 ]1 k  ^% x* n- `-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
-Formulate sales plans according to market conditions;
, L8 k0 j, [8 w4 r$ t* }" s. Q. s-Strong business sense and industry expertise;
-Fluent in English, both in understanding, speaking, and writing.
