• Develop dental clinics and hospitals in UK, and achieve the company's annual sales targets;
• Organize and hold Smartee academic training and conferences in the UK region, to carry out brand and technical education;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with KOL doctors in UK and achieve cooperation;
• Conduct KPI assessments for the team under management, improve sales work efficiency, and promote the achievement of sales targets;
• Collect and organize information on competitors' sales and market strategies, and adjust sales policies in a timely manner;
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the needs and suggestions of doctors in UK to continuously optimize the company's products and services;
