Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Requirements:
* r) y. t: [' w- G5 |3 W
! h$ D, R4 H& \: Z& Z3 }•        Good communication skill in English and Chinese (both verbal and written), excellent coordination skills required;
•        previous experience of working in office environment is desirable but suitable candidate with less experience will be considered with full training provided;
/ N- J. P* ?# t1 U•        an excellent communicator (very good telephone manner), both efficient and organized;
•        responsible with positive and can do attitude;
' d! u! V8 i' {. j' U
The key responsibilities of the job are:

" w+ T* E, v! b•        Handling of general office administration, including answering phone calls, monitoring office supplies and various office logs;
•         providing secretarial and administrative duties such as file organizing, document formatting, imaging and typing up documents;
( k/ D0 I: J! U$ f: d0 }•        sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post; and
•        performing ad-hoc tasks upon request.
