: I$ m6 m" z' w5 L8 OAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.

, {3 b$ K0 z4 C- P( o8 s: F• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews: _- r3 t1 Y$ H) r" h! B. M/ f0 u
• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation: s0 G9 O3 f, R# k z2 ~6 J
• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines
( U! M- T, {- P* T8 q" ^% s3 ~• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system- o6 I) e$ {$ z5 B2 o% c
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files' e5 f( p5 S' v+ \( A2 \: r6 [4 s, I2 w
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
# @; ~5 }$ |+ ~/ I! v' C4 E• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues/ v+ Z* {: [! i
• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA
3 w" T# a: e! Y0 ^6 @, }3 Y" |' k3 }/ Y• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
5 p( r- ~$ X1 M/ ?0 U• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role

* i3 X6 N: C! Y6 a# GRequirements:
! J k: V) {" u3 F3 a r• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification
. T9 g! `8 r& k' D• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous 7 j& k, ~% `7 O2 h" D! S
• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice! ~ q w% y* h; `! F
• HR administration experience* u& F* g( t* l# v
• Good communication and organisation skills5 d) k' b2 _- T9 o
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment" [& T ~ Y# t t! L. v
• Language skills in both English and Chinese

" z7 B2 x$ v5 K) T9 E44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm
