4 B  F( K) B) _* jAn award-winning food distribution company in London is looking for a HR Administrator to join its dynamic team and develop his/her career with the fast-growing business.
$ T1 Y: j* i: ?& z7 R* K* `% l) P# j1 k+ V9 w
Job Description:
& x& r" B+ i: Q. B" i7 B; Q• Post job vacancies, coordinate recruitment processes, and attend interviews
9 i; F# @2 Z3 }9 l: K• Induct new staff about the company’s policies, set up staff record in system and prepare employment contract and new joiner documentation
- K7 M3 F9 {# L. b. R, t• Support hiring managers on performance review, attendance management, grievance and disciplining etc. within the guidelines" C2 [( T% g! M3 W
• Review holiday request, sick leave certificate etc. to ensure all relevant procedures to be followed and update relevant record in system# R+ z( |. A$ x* ~; I
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data in systems, various reports and employee files2 ]( ~2 ^2 f9 i/ r/ m9 \
• Liaise with accounts department to produce payroll reports from system, check payroll data and process with payroll
% |0 C7 K6 k& x• Answer employees’ enquiries on holiday, sick leave, parental leave, pay and pensions and other employment-related issues
! g1 X/ z7 N; Z4 l- \' O+ `9 K• Ensure compliance with the employers’ responsibilities required by UKBA/ N1 m, D3 o1 J5 @. E
• Liaise with hiring departments to make sure staff Health & Safety to be satisfied all the time.
% S) u' f# B2 ^2 t9 Y: B. T% V' V• Ensure HR Director is made aware of any serious issues or pending problems affects your decisions and your role

% Q1 l. I& v" O* c4 [4 p8 m! tRequirements:/ ~3 x) f" ]& ]. ?$ [  ]
• Human Resources Management or relevant qualification0 M# ^& B: V* v& N4 v
• Studying towards CIPD is advantageous
+ n/ z" J5 D- y4 x• Knowledge in employment legislations and codes of practice
  W  f7 h3 I# [+ x! C1 z• HR administration experience5 D# k3 P  x& ~2 G: \
• Good communication and organisation skills$ {& n" e1 M$ i: w$ A
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing and fast-paced environment5 `# A# A% A; v! Q! ~
• Language skills in both English and Chinese
0 C1 t; h+ X6 I. ?: v  L+ |0 ^0 n* o" |  P! r0 v% [
Working time:% u3 }: V5 r0 f; F! T- T! c; j
44 hours per week: 8am-5pm from Monday to Friday; and occasional Saturdays 8am-12pm) m0 v& Y1 m' X! k/ O( A9 j

•        Starting salary is £200,000-250,000
