London, Morden, Hotel booking (Hotel Reservation) assistant /Manager in London SM4 5AZ
We are the London (Morden tube station SM4 5AZ) based Travel Company. The job description is as followed. You are strongly advisedto check out in details. We will provide you the full training for the advancedcompany in house travel booking system first. We need you have the advancedMicrosoft office skills, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word.
Your salary & bonus will be depending on your experience andperformance in the company afterwards, especially if you could negotiate competitiveroom rates and obtaining the credit facility from the hotel.
The office location is near Morden Tube Station (SM4 5AZ).  5 - 8 minutes walking distance
Key Responsibilities:
You will be working as the Hotel booking (Hotel Reservation) assistant / Manager
1, It will be mainly the hotel requests on a daily basis fromSouth East Asia sales offices via in-house computer system and prioritise thework load according to deadlines, arrival dates etc
2, Contacting hotels according to the sales requirements either bye-mail, fax or telephone to make a reservation
3, Inputting and checking rates onto the in-house computer systemand negotiating other conditions such as cancellation policies, rooms decreaseand upgrades
4, Providing suitable alternatives when required and negotiatingpossible compensations when hotels do not provide the standard of servicerequired
5, Dealing with amendments and cancellations
6, Receiving the quotation enquiries from the sales team from oursouth East Asia office. You will be doing the pricing quotation based on hoteland coach price, plus our margin and then feedback to the sales team.
7, Negotiating the price and credit facility with the hotel
What we are looking for:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are requiredas you will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues, customersand industry professionals throughout the UK and globally. Fluent at French orItalian will be a big bonus.
2. Ideally you have worked in the travel industry in the past withthe similar hotel booking experience.
3, Must be patient, can sit down in front of the laptop all daylong. Happy to negotiate the rates, talking over the phone, emailing the hotelor visiting the hotel
4, Good temper and responsible person

旅游公司有两个职位空缺,开始招聘2名全职或兼职的行政助理(办公室文员)(英资伦敦南部旅游公司,1个月培训完后,试用期3个月- 6个月,取决于个人能力,合格上岗后可办理工签)学生可以兼职。
兼职或者全职,薪水面谈。全职工作是周一到周五工作40个小时。兼职是周一到周五至少20个小时。此是文案工作,每天面对电脑,和各种要求脾气好,坐得住8个小时,非常非常的细心,耐心。(脾气不好,急性子,粗心的大意的,非常不适合此工作。)
1,工作每天会处理大量的英文邮件,需要及时回复。
2,每天都需要与欧洲各地上酒店,车行联系,将会是全英文环境的书写,电话答复,和用英文处理各类琐碎事情。
3, 客户的行程安排,您需要翻译从中文翻译到英文,或者从英文翻译到中文。
4, 公司是旅游服务业,客人的要求会比较多和繁琐,希望您很有耐心,具备一定的抗压和独挡一面的能力,逐步可以独立解决客户问题。
5,   要求持有有效学生签证至少6个月以上。试用期3个月- 6个月,取决于个人能力此期间,您如果有能力可以胜任此份工作,我们将协助您办理有效工作签证。
6, 如果您是男生申请这份工作,请注意这份工作重复性很多,而且整天面对电脑做文案,没有什么外出活动的工作,所以请仔细考虑,您是否能够静下心来,每天做这些文案工作。
7,   未来您还可以选择在英国或者中国工作。我们在中国和瑞士都有分公司,需要招聘有能力的成员加入开发或管理市场。
