Key Duties:

• Providing clerical and administrative support to the business     operation
  
• Providing     internal communication support to the business operation
  ) G0 e0 m5 r7 N! ~
• Lainson with offices in UK, Germany and China
  
• Providing administrator support to the product     procurement
  
• Financial analysis and costing analysis
  
• Evaluation of service provider’s charges, commissions & fees
  0 c0 [7 c; P7 K& G/ W' U% y
• Other ad hoc office and PA admin work

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years business admin experience
  0 j5 d& k* b: h0 s" P( ?& t' `  N% p
• Organised     and diligent work ethic
  
• Good business understanding
  
• Attention to details
  
• Ability     to work to tight deadlines
  
• Ability     to act with initiative and responsibility when necessary
  
• Excellent     ability to communicate at all levels in both English and Chinese
  
• Strong knowledge     of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and the ability to learn     new systems
  

You should hold a valid visa allowing youto work in the UK. The company will consider applying for a work permit foroutstanding candidate.

Salary from £18000 per annum depending onexperience.
