6 |+ G" K- _! S" Y( RProvide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci history and heritage
$ M2 V: q8 c7 x" ?Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
9 V9 R0 d7 S3 ?0 M3 ~9 kDiscuss with clients and give advices on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and put always the customers at ease
* G7 T$ T& `3 _& Z) @1 vEnsure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, accordingly to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
- c, F4 ?7 ^& n( Q; u( D! CEnsure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Gucci visual standards
3 L/ P6 g: B/ \; E! J9 ?Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
# R) b; W: `0 x. x* Q. ]Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
' F+ c9 c  h8 P4 E) ~/ n! f* ?Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Fendi Gucci standards and policies

Required profile岗位要求
: m) B6 [4 F+ q! G4 p- b
2 u3 `* n7 l, b/ {! r& r6 ^Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
+ j3 b" N, U! h& ~5 v6 eProven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result
Deep passion for fashion and luxury
( e, X/ S2 y: m1 X6 \* LExcellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers

Education & Experience
6 q  L" {! C& A, MGCSE’s or equivalent experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
