Assignments您的职责

I develop supplier’s expertise to produce qualified products within targeted lead time.
I evaluate and ensure the quality of products.
I measure and correct discrepancies.
$ K2 p/ j% u$ b. o* C+ aI carry out production control plan and ensure quality system stability on my supplier.
" \  l+ J' r# e3 {8 n% R! }I ensure product development sustainability.
I challenge, explain and recommend changes.
: o% I% c+ d0 E+ HI enforce the social accountability requirement.
I ensure that environmental and toxicology requirement are respected.

Vital, full of passion and energy.
6 r7 M/ m# b/ x; q3 [Manufacturing background, fund of working on the filed/supplier factory.
Good organization, negotiation and communication skills.
7 \( _+ D1 ]3 Z8 _' B: w5 @! hStrong team spirit, willing to learn and able to master it.
$ v1 v6 w( e5 l8 o1 O% _  @Sincere, responsible, and with outstanding executive ability.
2 A4 Q' W% K3 d& f1 |5 ^: a9 q0 [Able to finish the tasks given by the leader and achieve the target in a required deadline.
Able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges.
Accept frequent business trips and good mobility.
% G8 a3 d( u6 C1 Y' mVery fluent both in Chinese and English; French will be a plus.
