- Provides an efficient, prompt, trouble-free and courteous Front Office service
- Welcome all guests to the hotel and respond to their requests
- Allocates bedrooms and keys as required
- Able to operate switchboard, credit card machines and other Front Office equipment
- Aware at all times the current room status and room availability
- Follows procedures for cash flow, credit cards etc

- At least 1 years experience in a public facing position
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly & professional telephone manner
- Good problem solving skills
- Have good knowledge of the local area
- Flexible with working hours and able to work shifts as the business requires; ]# y" O8 A- D* K3 Z$ j7 I# M0 |" B
