team in Central London.

 Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
 preparing VAT inputs
* K: ]0 r# D% |. i Checking company bank statements
 preparing cash flow statements
 Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
 Recording financial transactions
. _( J/ J# w4 ?% d& G9 ~ Handling accounts payable and receivable
 Paying regular bills for the company
) ~2 J0 ]$ x! ~9 ?6 b) t' j. `' d Appropriately coding payables to prepare them for the accountant's input later
 Maintaining office supplies
 Filing historical records and retrieving necessary documents as needed for others
: f* i! L& y6 P- u0 F4 @$ kCandidate Requirements:
 Proven bookkeeping experience
( ~9 H7 p) }: }$ b Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable
) P+ S* g* K9 a$ |, N0 `7 j Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
 Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
+ s6 ^5 w8 U6 [: w* y  @# a Proficiency in English and in MS Office
# R/ v8 O( g% X; K" y( Z7 Q High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
! ]0 _1 [& w  ?1 S) i, B7 f  i BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
 Fluent Mandarin
 Eligible of working at UK
