Fire breaks out in Chinese college

BEIJING, March 17 -- A fire broke out in the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in northeast Beijing at about 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Smoke and fire were spotted from a dormitory building that accommodates security guards and students.

One person was injured and rushed to hospital, said firefighters.
