China and U.S. to hold 2nd round of Diplomatic and Security Dialogue

China and the United States will hold the second round of its Diplomatic and Security Dialogue in Washington, U.S. on Friday, said China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying at a press conference on Tuesday. 

The dialogue will be hosted by Yang Jiechi, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. 

Both sides will exchange views on China-U.S. relations and other important issues under common concern.
