Medvedev said Friday that troops from the Collective Security Treaty Organization, a regional security bloc that includes Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, would not enter Kyrgyzstan, as this was only possible in the case of an attack on the country by a foreign state, the agency reported, according to the RIA Novosti News Agency.
